Rebecca Lorains

Rebecca has been with Primary Care Connect since 2002 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer. Rebecca is responsible for all clinical programs at Primary Care Connect ensuring the complex, multi-needs and vulnerable client groups in our community are serviced with high quality and safe programs. She has attained years of experience working with vulnerable and complex families, in particular young people, within the alcohol and other drugs sector and the justice system. She has been part of the leadership and management team at Primary Care Connect since 2006 and has vast management experience across a range of health and counselling services.

Trudie Reister

Trudie has had over 25 years of experience in the Accounting industry. She has been with Primary Care Connect since 2003 heading up the Finance department and more recently the Corporate Services Division. Prior to commencing at Primary Care Connect, Trudie was a partner in a prominent local public accounting firm where she was employed for 12 years.

Kim Scott

Kim Scott is Manager of Regional Health and Community Services at Primary Care Connect. Qualified in Psychology/Biology Kim commenced at Primary Care Connect in 2006 and has worked in a range of programs including Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselling and Gambler’s Help. Kim is a trained Clinical Supervisor and has been in a Management role at Primary Care Connect since 2010. She oversees a diverse program mix including Alcohol and Other Drugs, Gambler’s Help, Parent Education Services, Financial Counselling and Family Violence and is involved in leadership roles within the Goulburn Family Violence Strategic and Operational Committees.

Peter started with Primary Care Connect in 2010 as the Intake Worker. Since this time Peter has had many and varying positions and is now the Manager Systems, Quality and Risk. Peter is responsible for Primary Care Connects accreditation process and our Quality Work Plan. Peter also manages the Intake Program, Reception and Administration Staff.

Tim Andrews is Manager of Refugee Services (and Torture & Trauma Counsellor) at Primary Care Connect. He is a qualified Social Worker who prior to his current position at Primary Care Connect was the Manager of New Arrival Support Services at UnitingCare Cutting Edge (now Kildonan UnitingCare). Prior to his work in Shepparton he worked as a Torture & Trauma Counsellor Advocate at The Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture Inc. (Foundation House) and in the homelessness support sector at Hanover Welfare Services.

Megan Lorains

Megan began at Primary Care Connect in 2014. Prior to starting here, Megan worked in grassroots through to elite level sport, throughout Australia. Megan has lectured at Universities in the areas of Sport/Exercise Science and Health Promotion and is near completing her Masters in Human Nutrition. Megan has a strong passion for using exercise and nutrition to achieve better health outcomes for clients and sport to drive social change in our community. She is a part of the Goulburn Valley Integrated Health Promotion Plan Working Group which is responsible for addressing healthy eating and social connection in our local communities. Megan is also responsible for leading the Local Health and Community Services teams, and driving Primary Care Connects Achievement Program for staff health and wellbeing.

Broni Paine

Broni has been employed at Primary Care Connect since 2008. Broni came to Primary Care Connect after ten years in the employment and industry training field. In the past seven years Broni has worked with partnering support agencies in the local neighbourhood renewal program as the employment and learning coordinator as well as hold positions within various programs including Alcohol and Other Drugs, Financial Management and Money Works. Broni is currently employed at Primary Care Connect as the Senior Clinical Supervisor role in which she provides advice and support to clinical staff.

Teagan Hickey

Teagan has been with Primary Care Connect since 2009 and has worked in various roles within Corporate Services. Over the years she has shown great skill, determination and leadership. She currently is the Human Resources Officer, coordinating the human resources department focusing on recruitment and selection, orientation, staff development and employee and industrial relations. Teagan also provides high level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Primary Care Connects Board of Directors.

Simone Wilson
Manager of Finance

Simone has been with Primary Care Connect since 2011 as the Finance Officer. Simone is responsible for financial reporting to the board, annual budgeting, governing body grant acquittals, monthly management reporting, payroll and company liability reporting including superannuation and taxation. Simone also oversees the management of payables, receivables and cash flow. Originally from Hoppers Crossing Simone worked in corporate Melbourne for an independent wholesale distributor of food products.
