Aim of the Service

This service provides women with support on their drug or alcohol addictions. It is aimed at women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Greater Shepparton area. This service helps and supports women over time find transitional housing and eventually long-term housing. This is long term support.

We also run “The Hub” which is once a week which helps women connect with other women on a social basis. Please contact Primary Care Connect for information.

Eligibility

To be eligible you must be a female with drug or alcohol addiction. You must be homeless / couch surfing and be wanting support with all this.

How to get an appointment

To get an appointment you can do a self-referral on line or call into PCC for details.

Any other locations for appointments?

Appointments are to be conducted at Primary Care Connect. Outreach is an option once in transitional housing.

Cost?

There are no costs associated with this appointments.
