Primary Care Connect is the Community Health hub of the Goulburn Valley and is not-for-profit. We provide inclusive health care services of high quality and work in collaboration with others to achieve the best outcomes for our community.

A great part of our ability to achieve this is having Board members who are willing and able to steer the organisation to be true to our mission, vision and in the achievement of our goals.
