We are one of more than 20 of Victoria’s leading community and primary health organisations who have signed a joint statement of support for marriage equality, highlighting that when people experience discrimination and abuse of their human rights it has a severe and damaging impact on their health.
As community and primary health organisations we will actively support individuals and communities to understand and participate in the survey process, and we will advocate for a YES vote in order to help achieve community equity. Read our joint statement and a background on the basis of our organisational position here.
