Tuning in to Teens – Shepparton

Come and join us for this special program for parents/carers of young people aged 12 years and older.

Would you like:

  • strategies to talk with your teen?
  • to understand your teen more?
  • help your teen learn to manage their emotions?
  • help to prevent behaviour problems in your teen?
  • help teach your teen to deal with conflict?

Bringing up Great Kids – Nathalia

The Bringing up Great Kids Parenting Program is a 6 session program for parents/carers of children aged 2-11 years.

The program aims to:

  • help you overcome someof the obstacles that can get in the way of being the parent you would like to be.
  • assist you to understand how parents and children communicate and ways that help build healthy and loving family relationships.
  • Explore ways to take care of yourself and gain support when needed so that you can handle the challenge of parenting.

The Tuning in to Kids Parenting Program is a six session ’emotion coaching’ program for parents and carers of pre-school and early primary age children.

You will learn to:

  • Communicate with your child
  • Understand your child’s needs and emotions
  • Help your child learn to manage their emotions
  • Assist your child to deal with conflict
  • Have the tools to help manage your child’s behaviour
