The CP@clinic (Community Paramedicine Program) is a free program designed to provide health assessments and free health checks to our community. Our community paramedic (nurse) is trained to assist people with managing their health outside the emergency hospital setting.
Community Paramedics use their expertise, knowledge and skills to conduct health assessment and provide you with health advice. The CP@clinic program can help improve your health and identify any conditions or issues to prevent them from becoming critical.
