The Multi-Disciplinary Centre (MDC) is a new service for the Greater Shepparton community, focused on holistic and wrap around care and supports for people who have been sexually assaulted, and their non offending family members.
Our Community Health Nurses work closely with all the other services within the MDC. The Community Health Nurses offer a range of nursing services to support you and your families health needs.
