He has successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to complement other post-graduate qualifications in education and management. Troy has extensive leadership and management experience within public institutions, community service organisations, manufacturing and professional service sectors. Troy has previously served as Director/Secretary of a not-for-profit community services organisation in Central Queensland. Troy has a proven ability to take conceptual thinking to a working reality. He has demonstrated capacity, knowledge and skills necessary to establish the foundations and framework for an effective business from its inception to sustained operational success.
Brant is an experienced executive leader within local government, public health and community services, and is responsible for the leadership of the human resources, industrial relations, organisational development; and health and safety functions.
Bringing numerous years’ experience in people leadership, primarily within industrial and employee relations, talent management, executive and leadership coaching, occupational health and safety, advising leaders to maximise people potential and leading organisational change program, on both small and large scales.
Brant currently leads the Organisational Development function at Moira Shire Council, and is also contracted in a part time capacity to Alexandra District Health as their Director of People and Culture.
Brant is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course, has a Master of Employment Relations, a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations, and a Business qualification. Brant is also a Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Brant has previously been appointed non-executive Board Director with Cobram District Health, Pals Inc. (Providing All Living Supports), and The Bridge Youth Service.
Jacinta is a Divisional Director at Goulburn Valley Health since 2004 and prior to this, held leadership roles at Bendigo Healthcare Group and the Royal Children’s Hospital. Jacinta is a Public Health sector leader and is invited regularly to participate in Ministerial Advisory Groups which have included Allied Health Workforce Development Reference Group, Allied Health Models White Paper, Research and Competency and Capability Frameworks as well as being a judge for the Victorian Public Healthcare Awards since 2013.
Jacinta has significant experience in hospital management including Safety and Quality, Clinical Governance, Performance (Financial and Clinical), Working with Partners, Risk & Strategy, OH&S and Human Resources.
Jacinta holds a Masters of Applied Science, Health Services Management qualifications, Prince 2 Practitioner certification, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Member of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
Jacinta is currently the Board Chair of the Goulburn Murray Community Leadership (Fairley) and is a member of the Greater Shepparton Public Health and Wellbeing Advisory Committee.
Shane has worked in the Health and Community Services sector for over 20 years predominately in Management roles. Shane has also owned and managed a business in the hospitality sector.
Shane is currently the Manager of the Murray to the Mountains Rural Generalist Intern Training program an innovative rural Junior Doctor training program for the Hume region.
Shane has successfully completed a Bachelor of Health Science, (Health Promotion/Health Education) is a Company Directors Certificate Graduate Member (GAICD) and has completed various Management qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Business Management. Shane brings strong leadership, strategic planning, change management and relationship building skills to the PCC board.
Shane has spent over 30 years living in the region and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the community issues in the Goulburn Valley.
Nerissa is a Tax and ASIC Agent and has operated her own public accounting firm since 2001. Prior to this, she held Corporate Tax Manager roles within Airlines and international food companies, financial planning, and Big 4 Accounting firms. After moving to regional Victoria, she has enjoyed serving on various board and committees for local netball and horse clubs.
Nerissa was excited to join the PCC Board in March 2019, and since May 2019 has been appointed Chair of the Audit & Risk Sub Committee. Nerissa has extensive tertiary qualifications with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Master of Business (Tax) and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. She is also a Certified Tax Advisor for the Tax Institute Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nerissa has lived in the region for over 20 years and looks forward to contributing to the health and wellbeing of the wider community through her appointment to the PCC Board. Nerissa loves talking about tax and her horses! Paramount however is the financial and emotional wellbeing of families, businesses, and the wider community.
