Women’s Supported Accommodation
Aim of the Service
Our Supported Accommodation Worker can assist women who are homless or at risk of being homeless.
Our service helps and support women to find transitional housing and eventually long term stable housing by advocating with the client for private rentals and assisting in applications with DHHS for public housing.
Our Worker can assist women with referrals to other associated agencies or services.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this service, women must be:
- living alone or with children under 16 years of age or younger
- have had an issue with Alcohol or other Drugs or
- currently seeking assistance with an addiction

Self-referral can be completed on the website or by contacting our Intake Worker on (03) 5823 3200.
Any other locations for appointments?
Appointments are to be conducted at Primary Care Connect. Outreach is an option once in transitional housing.
