Aim of the Service
For people who are experiencing family violence. Helping people to keep themselves and their children safe from harm. For people wanting to understand what family violence is and how to break the cycle of violence in their own lives.
Eligibility
Anyone can access family violence support if they identify as being a victim of violence.
How to get an appointment
To get access to our service please get online and do a self-referral or ring PCC to arrange a booking for an intake.
Any other locations for appointments?
Our appointments are held at Primary Care Connect and on certain days of the weeks a worker will go to Cobram, Tatura, Numurkah, Nathalia or Euroa. Please contact Primary Care Connect for details. We also offer court support in Shepparton and Cobram.

There are no costs associated with appointments.

Indigenous Family Violence Support
Aim of the Service
To help Aboriginal women and Torres Trait Islander people safe. Culturally safe space to learn and understand what family violence is and learn how to break the cycle of violence.
Eligibility
Indigenous or TSI women who identify as being a victim of family violence.
How to get an appointment
Online referral on Primary Care Connect website or contact Primary Care Connect to be referred directly onto worker. Call for details.
Any other locations for appointments?
Outreach is offered. To be discussed with worker.
