We have over 25 programs focusing on a range of health and wellbeing issues and we pride ourselves on providing person centred and consumer driven care that allows people to take control of their lives and bring about change.
Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Counselling, family resources, information and support to users, family and friends. Referral service to withdrawal and rehabilitation programs, court support, dedicated youth outreach.
Diabetes education, asthma education, farmer health, nutrition, exercise, COPD rehabilitation, occupational therapy, health coaching, chronic conditions self-management support, and health promotion.
Support for victim survivors of Family Violence (risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, education, court support, referrals), specialist Indigenous Family Violence program, enhanced intake for perpetrators of Family Violence.
One-to-one financial and gambler’s help counselling to help reduce financial stress, improve financial knowledge, skills, capabilities and financial resilience, and to reduce gambling harm through community education and gambling venue support.
Refugee health support is available for any individual or family of a refugee and asylum seeker background currently living in the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley catchment area. Available services include community health nursing and torture and trauma counselling and advocacy.
A range of services including counselling, advocacy, referrals, court support, health coaching and exercise programs, youth specific support to help educate and assist members of the Indigenous community or community connected.
